Ingredients

  • 3 hectolitres of chestnut puree
  • Milk 
  • Rhum
  • 100 grams icing sugar
  • Vanilla sugar
  • Dark chocolate

Preparation

Mix the chestnut puree over low heat with a little milk and icing sugar, adding two tablespoons of vanilla sugar and two small glasses of rum. Leave to cool, then make spherical morsels of the desired size. Grate the chocolate and use it to coat the morsels then place them in the oven for the chocolate to adhere well.
